6 years ago I stumbled upon an ad in Mendoza’s newspaper Los Andes, offering a 4 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms and a garage, “meters from the Hyatt”. Little did I know that this ad would change my life.

I was looking to buy an apartment to live in, and although this one was way too big and cost more than I wanted to spend, for some reason I decided to check it out.

I was in for a big surprise: The “apartment” was really the upper floor of a beautiful, huge house, the kind built in Mendoza in the first half of last century. It almost audibly clicked in my head: The garage was perfect to turn it into a small office. The beautiful old building would be a great place to live and maybe someday have another project there.

Fast forward 6 years:

After 3 years (at least!) of remodeling upstairs the space is finally ready for a fun project dedicated to everything that wine connects with, that wine makes us enjoy even more – food, art, music, great company.
